Before me, E. E. McCollister, a Notary Public in and for the County of Greer and Territory of Oklahoma, on this 25th day of October, 1902, personally appeared J. L. Sweet, G. T. Ingram, S. C. Talley and C. C. Rogers, to me know to be the parties who executed the within and foregoing instrument, and each for himself acknowledged to me that he executed the same as his free and voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein set fourth.
