Ingram, before you respectfully expound: that according to the testimony of power that duly authenticated, written in English and with documentation accompanying this petition the Blalock Mexico Colony, Company organized under the laws of Oklahoma Territory, United States of America, has given me a general mandate to represent it in this Republic, and to ensure that this mandate exercises its legal purposes, it is necessary that you name a translator to compare the original written in English language with translation submitted, and once this comparison is complete, declare enough power to formally send it before the Notary Mr. Manuel Borja Soriano, who from then I designate for that object.

Appointed as expert checker is Mr. Octavio B. Barano who will make namely his appointment for the legal purposes. Having done collation and practiced the warranted corrections which contains nothing that is contrary to the laws and bringing together the conditions referred to in Articles 455 and 456 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1358 on the basis of the order itself, formalize these proceedings in the records of the Honorable Notary Mr. Manuel Borja Soriano, who shall provide the testimonies that were given according to law.
