which the Company intended to foreign settlers, as specified in the said Article 3.
"VI. By transferring this concession to companies or individuals without prior government consent.
"VII. For transfer, alienate or mortgage of the rights of this Convention to the Government or foreign state admitted as a partner in the firm.

"Art. 22. In all cases of revocation provided in section above, the concession Company will lose their deposit.

"Art. 23. In the case of revocation referred to in the second section, the company will lose the deposit and pay the fine in addition to in article 12.

"Art. 24. In the case of revocation provided in section VII besides the nullification of the act, the company will lose the deposit and all rights to the properties it has acquired and works it has undertaken.

"Art. 25. In the case of revocation as referred to in Section V besides the nullification of the contract, the Company forfeited in favor of the government lots of ten hectares to be put at their disposal according to the provisions in Article 3 of this contract.

"Art. 26. In all cases of revocation the earlier settlers continue to enjoy exemption referred to in Art. 16 as well as of land and other properties which were acquired by cession free or for sale.

"Art. 27. The obligations that the concession company has for meeting deadlines for compliance, may be suspended for any case of unforeseeable circumstances or major force duly proved to the satisfaction of the Ministry of Development

"Art. 28. The duration of the concession will be ten years, counted from the date of its promulgation."

"Art. 29. The expense of stamps that this concession should take under the stamp act will be incurred by the concessionaire.
